STING swimmers and families,

Below are important upcoming dates and deadlines for the STING team:

• The next swim meet is Saturday, January 31, at 4:00pm the Fowler Family YMCA in Peachtree Corners.
  • Swimmer signup is open and closes on Monday, January 26, at 9:00pm. There will be no late entries.
  • Volunteer signup is open and closes on Thursday, January 29, at 9:00pm. We are still in need of 4 more volunteers to fill all volunteer positions. 
• The last regular season swim meet is a home meet on Saturday, February 21, at 4:00pm.
  • Swimmer and volunteer registration for this meet will open on Friday, February 6, at 7:00am. 
• The YMCA Championship meet is Sunday, March 1, at the McAuley Aquatics Center at GA Tech. You should have received an email via Swimtopia from Erin Hight on Tuesday with lots of details. 
  • There are 2 sessions depending on your swimmer's age group:
    • Session 1 is for swimmers 10 and under and begins at 10:00am
    • Session 2 is for swimmers 11 and older and begins at 2:00pm
    • We will receive the warm up times for each session the week of the meet. 
  • Many parent volunteers are needed for the meet. To sign up to volunteer please use this link:

  • ***REMINDER*** To be eligible to swim at the YMCA Championship meet the swimmer MUST have participated in 2 regular season meets and the swimmer's parent MUST have volunteered for at least 1 regular season meet.
