Happy New Year STING swimmers and families! 

Here are important upcoming STING dates:

• Regular practice schedule resumes for all age groups Monday, January 5. 
• There will be no practice for the Senior age group on Monday, January 19, due to the MLK Jr. holiday. The YMCA is closed that day. 
• The next swim meet is Saturday, January 31, at 4:00pm the Fowler Family YMCA in Peachtree Corners. 
  • Swimmer signup opens on Friday, January 16, at 8:00am and closes on Monday, January 26, at 9:00pm. There will be no late entries. 
  • Volunteer signup opens on Friday, January 16, at 8:00am and closes on Thursday, January 29, at 9:00pm.
    • If you have already volunteered for at least 2 meets, please do not signup to volunteer again (we have so many AMAZING parents!). There are still many families who have not volunteered and need to have a slot available. If I need volunteers I know who I can always count on and will reach out. 
• The last regular season swim meet is a home meet on Saturday, February 21, at 4:00pm.
• I am still working on getting the details for the YMCA Championship meet and will communicate those as soon as I find out. 
  • ***REMINDER*** To be eligible to swim at the YMCA Championship meet the swimmer MUST have participated in 2 regular season meets and the swimmer's parent MUST have volunteered for at least 1 regular season meet.
