Attached please find the heat sheet for the Jan 18 swim meet. This lists all the events with the heats and lanes. A separate attached file lists each swimmer with his/her events. This will help you know what events your swimmer is in. The Swimtopia app is updated with the events, heats, and lanes, as well.

You will want to print a heat sheet at home and bring it with you in order to follow along the order of events. Heat sheets will be provided for the Bullpen and Timer volunteers.

Just a reminder... All swimmers need to arrive at the East Lake YMCA (275 East Lake Blvd Atlanta) and be checked in by 3:00pm. Warm ups start at 3:20pm.

If your swimmer has any changes please contact Coach Juan Carlos and Phillip immediately.
