STING parents, 

We are still in need of parent volunteers for the swim meet this Saturday at the East Lake YMCA. East Lake runs a very well organized and efficient swim meet, but we need to provide parent volunteers from our team to ensure this happens. Please consider volunteering. The signup on Swimtopia is open until Thursday night for volunteers. I appreciate the parents who have already volunteered!

Here are the volunteer needs:

Bullpen parents - need 5 more. These parents line up the swimmers for the events. This will also give you access to watching your swimmer from the pool deck. Otherwise, the East Lake YMCA does not allow parents on the deck. 

Timers - need 4 more. These parents record the times of the swimmers. You are assigned to a lane with another volunteer. This gives you a front row seat to the entire meet.
