Attention STING swimmers and parents:

The deadline to declare your swimmer's attendance for the November 16th swim meet is TOMORROW, MONDAY, November 11, at 11:30pm. We still have about 25 swimmers who have not declared if they are/are not participating in the meet. PLEASE double check to make sure your swimmer's attendance has been declared. There will be NO late entries. If you do not declare your swimmer's attendance, it will be assumed he/she is not swimming and will not be assigned any events. 

We also still need a few more parent volunteers - 2 volunteers for the Bullpen and 1 volunteer for Crowd Control. The bullpen parents line up the swimmers for the events. It would be great to have a dad with a loud, clear voice to call names in the gym who could sign up to help with the Bullpen. The Crowd Control volunteer is on the pool deck and will be making sure parents are not camping out on the pool deck during the meet. In all cases, as a volunteer you will definitely be able to step away and watch when your swimmer competes. All families are requested to volunteer at least 2 times during the season.
