Below please find important team information for October.

• The next swim meet is Saturday, November 16. This is a home meet at the Alpharetta YMCA. We will be hosting swimmers and families from the Carl E. Sanders/Buckhead YMCA.
  • The signup to declare your swimmer's attendance is open. The deadline to declare "attending" or "not attending" is Monday, November 11. If you do not declare your swimmer's attendance, it will be assumed he/she is not swimming and will not be assigned any events.
  • Volunteer signups are also open for the Nov 16 meet. We will need close to 30 volunteers from our team to help make the meet run smoothly and efficiently. All families are requested to volunteer for at least 2 meets during the season. 
• Fulton County schools Fall Break is next week Oct 14-16. Yes, there will still be practice these days. Coach Juan Carlos understands swimmers may be out of town and will miss practice. That is fine.
• Yes, there will be practice on Halloween, Thursday, Oct 31. Please look out for a poll on GroupMe to let Coach Juan Carlos know if your swimmer will be attending practice that night.
• Ribbons from the October 5 meet are ready for pickup. Ribbons are awarded to swimmers for places 1-8. The file box with the ribbons will be out at practice this week.
• STING swim caps came in last week. If you have not received your cap at practice or at the meet, please coordinate with Emily Crenhaw to pick up your swimmer's cap.
