STING families,

Each YMCA has been requested to have 1-2 parents trained to be a "Stroke and Turn Judge" for the swim team season. The Stroke and Turn Judge attends the meets and is on the pool deck making sure swimmers leave the blocks at the right time, are doing legal strokes, monitoring the finish, etc. 

We currently do not have any parents who are certified/trained for the STING team. If this is something you are interested in learning more about, please contact Philipp at the Y ([email protected]). He is happy to answer questions and get you signed up for the training. 

There is a virtual training class next week - Sept 24 and Sept 26, 6:30-8:30pm.
