STING families,

I will be ordering team t-shirts for the swimmers this week. I am also able to order additional t-shirts for parents, if you would like. The adult t-shirts are $15/each. If you would like one, please see the below instructions on how to order and pay. 

I know this is a fast turnaround, but the deadline to order is tomorrow, Thursday, Sept 19, at noon. After that I will be placing the order. DO NOT order a t-shirt for your swimmer. Those t-shirts were included in the registration fee and I have collected the sizes from the information sheets you filled out. 

To order a team t-shirt please follow these steps:

• Go to the YMCA Registration site: https://ymcaatlanta.spiritplus.net/SpiritWeb/Login
• Sign In 
• At the top of the page, click the "Find Programs/ Register On-Line" button
• In the box for "Class ID" Enter 571707 and click "Search"
• At the bottom of the page you will see the link for the team t-shirt appear. 
• Click the link and it will take you to a new page. Click the "Register for this Class" button.
• Choose the person who is ordering and click the "Add selections to shopping cart" button.
• You will see the selected person's name in the shopping cart. If you want a t-shirt for more than one person, please be sure to check all the names you are ordering for. Click the "I'm done shopping, proceed to checkout" button.
• This will take you to the payment screen where you can enter your payment information. Click the "Place this order now" button. Make sure you see the confirmation screen and you get a confirmation email from WEBReg. 
• *****MOST IMPORTANT***** As soon as you order, email Emily Crenshaw ([email protected]) your t-shirt size (Adult S, M, L, or XL). I will not know what size to order unless you send me this info. The ordering link did not allow for size info to be automatically entered. 

I have attached a picture of this year's team t-shirt. I expect to have the t-shirts from the vendor before the first swim meet on Oct 5. Show your STING pride at swim meets! Please let me know if you have any questions.
