Congrats to the STING swimmers for a great meet on Saturday! Thanks to Coach Carlos for all his efforts and coaching of our swimmers! Thank you to all the parents who volunteered to help the meet run efficiently and smoothly. It is definitely a team effort! 

The next meet is Saturday, January 13, 2024, at the East Lake YMCA. Meet sign up and more information will be communicated closer to the date. 

HOLIDAY PRACTICE SCHEDULE 

Practice will be held for each age group even during the weeks school is out. The following days there will be NO PRACTICE:

• Friday, December 22
• Monday, December 25
• Friday, December 29
• Monday, January 1

HOLIDAY PARTY FUN

Instead of practice this Friday, December 15, all swimmers and families are invited to come to the pool for some holiday fun from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. There will be food, games in the pool, and fun time together. Parents are encouraged to get in the pool with their swimmers and join in the fun and games.
